A hoard of recently discovered treasures has been presented in Lublin, mid-eastern Poland, revealing the latest finds from the site of a medieval fortified settlement.The items, which include silver jewellery from the 10th and 11th centuries, were discovered in Czermno, near the Ukrainian border. Archaeologists from the John Paul II Catholic University in Lublin (KUL) lead the ongoing international project, which was launched several years ago.
