Growing up as a kid I loved watching Time Team & Meet The Ancestors (and I still do!). If there are any archaeology or history orientated programs (past, present or coming up) of interest or TV dramas relating to that sort of thing, please let people know about them (or discuss them) here!
For example there is a Horizon program called "First Britons" which is on BBC Two at 20:00 on Wednesday 19 August 2015 ( www.bbc.co.uk/news/science-environment-33963372 ). I missed the program earlier but I'm hoping to catch up on it on IPlayer.
