Fast-forward on from a post-war era where food was unscrupulously and widely mass produced on an intensive/industrialized scale (and people gave little thought nor care to how their food was produced, where it came from or what went in it etc), thanks to the internet (and a more visible destruction of the environment etc) people are now more aware than ever about matters of food (though this is not to say that ignorance is not still widespread).
Whatever your conscientious choices, what ethics do you put into play in your consumer choices when it comes to the buying & consuming of food/drink?
